I am so sorry she had to be afflicted with such and awful disease but in her short time she managed to bring passion and attention to curing this genetic disorder so even though she is gone and that is a horrible tragedy for her and those who never got to know her, she did what some people who have a long life never do and that is give her existence a positive human meaning. I hope there is a special place in the after life for sweeties like her.

My uncle had CF, but died a little after I was born. He was born in the 60s, a time where few with CF lived to go to elementary school, but he lived until his forties. People make a big deal over the stupidest things and they take people and things for granted instead of appreciating them. Life really is short, as a person with CF probably knows and can be taken at any moment. I would have loved to have met my uncle or Eva; their stories are so inspiring and they had wisdom beyond their years.
