I want to give her credit where credit is due so thank you Senator Cools.

However it has been known since the 90s (earliest publication I've been able to find) in Canada on the issue of DV, women are as violent and as physically (and emotionally) abusive as men. The paper is 20ish years old.

More recently, the CDC in the States stating similar observations.

AND the American Military instituting Support and other mechanisms; not just for women.

None of this is new!

Why doesn't she speak out for people whom society already views favourably, such as females, the disabled or immigrants?

By speaking out for people held in low regard she is just trying to make trouble. She is not a team player. She must be some sort of embittered malcontent to try to help those people who actually need help. If only she would ally herself with people who do not need allies!

When it come to Canadian Law and all 478 page of Alberta Rules of Court I am better versed with it than any LawLIAR - Judge or lawyer. It's a self policing tryannial legal system, not a system of Justice. Anne Cools does not give a dam, and she protects the integrity of judges that state Lies on their judgment. All Canadian politicians and judges are in cahoots with each other, Covering up for each other BAS Lies. You don't know Canadian Law...

Actually, it's your command of English which is dire. The one concession that I will grant is that I should have paraphrased rather than quoted. I want to admit, that I am rather personally upset with Anne Cools for not getting back to me about 3 federal appointed judges. all appointed by the same liberal that had appointed her. She only wants to cover up for her fellow LawLIARs from the LawLIARs Society. Her words are good here, she diverting to the root of this problem Judges victimizing / depriving multitudes of justice for committing judical FRAUD.

People like her are probably inundated with correspondence, so they have to determined what warrants their attention. It would be nice if you go a reply, but you probably need to gain yourself a better platform. I've written letters of complaint about lots of things I've been annoyed about. Very often with no reply. One thign you can do, is archive the same letter, and send it EVERY DAY. Create a pattern of attentino and see if they notice it.

Absolutely. The key is penetrating the mainsream subconscious with revelations that run contrary to wht the public is actively indoctrinated to think about domestic issues. We're told to deem it heinous of people in a situation are made to think that they are alone. Imagine being a male in a hostile domestic situation, disarmed by the law, and informed by the public opinion that what you're experiencing is both rare/strange and weak of you to be encountering.

i am so greatful that finally a judge is speaking out and addressing corruption in family courts across Canada....now to pray that more judges will confront corruptness of MCFD (ministry to children and family development (distruction) in British Columbia and cps cancers across our country.
