They moved on creating a kintect for microsoft for sports. complaining isnt turning N&B into platforming.
this game was the most disappointing piece of shit ever, the original banjo kazooie was fun and memorable when this was a racing game that had no aspects that made the original game so great. The worlds were small the characters forgettable and only made me realize how classic the original was. I pray that one day Rare, one of the best video game companies ever will finally leave microsoft and go back to Nintendo and make an good installment to the banjo franchise.

yeah i have a wii and it sucks. Only a few games are actually somewhat fun imo. Smash bros. brawl, twilight princess(which wasn't as good as the other zelda games for n64),mario galaxy(also not as good as mario64),mario kart, and metroid 3... and they all came out within like the first 2 months of wii's release. Once i finished those games,my wii has been gathering dust. Can't blame Rare for swithing over to microsoft. Nintendo is going down the tubes... At least for ppl who like good games

right when xbox 360 came out, microsoft bought 49% of rare. With this new partnership and funds, they made grabbed by the ghoulies, Perfect Dark (among others).

Oh it does- have you played the demo? It feels just like the originals. I was shocked at how much platforming there actually is. The only reason i use vehicles is to get around quick (The world is sooo huge!) and for challenges. I always end up having to get out to run around
And the vehicles are really fun to make too! This game has the potential to out-do it's predecessors.

I like the previous 2 Banjo games and I like this one. But im not getting it cos apparently, USA get it so much cheaper and get a free code for the first Banjo kazooie coming on XBLA. And UK or Europe get nothing! Rare said in an interview they were pretty pissed off too. Unfair as this is a UK game anyway but no Microsoft give everything to America first.USA do get more sales but to make the game cheaper and give them a free code of the game and not Europe is stupid.I dunno if this has changed?

Nintendo sold Rare to Microsoft in 2002. All of Rare's franchises, such as Perfect Dark, Conker, and Banjo, went with them. However, Nintendo still has Donkey Kong and Star Fox. If there is any new Donkey Kong game, it'll come from Nintendo, not Rare.
Okay, so here's the deal. Nintendo never owned Rareware. They were a third party company that mainly used Nintendo to distribute their games, and Nintendo greatly obliged. Rare LTD. has worked with Nintendo on Brawl for the Starfox character voices, mainly the other pilots, so they can still work on aspects from their previous projects. Microsoft just bought Rare and made them a first-party company.
Rare is owned by Microsoft now. They can make games for the DS because that's not in competition with the 360. But we will not see any games from them on the WII. It's sad i know, i'd love to see a Donkey Kong game done by them.

Heh, I spent today getting our N64 working again so my older Sis could play Banjo Tooie because it has some freezing issues. Anyway, the original Banjo Kazooie was her favorite game ever and now she really wants a 360 to play the third BK. The only thing I don't like is Banjo's new nose and how his walk is weirder, but my Sis still wants it because its still Banjo. :D

right when xbox 360 came out, microsoft bought 49% of rare. With this new partnership and funds, they made grabbed by the ghoulies, Perfect Dark (among others).
they saw that the xbox was the prime console, and that the wii had no chance in hell of producing any decent games, so they sided with micrsoft. thats why its on xbox, not nintendo. they didnt betray anything, so shut the fuck up

Yes! I have Banjo kazooie and banjo tooie to n64! And ther is no other console who ever gona beet the Banjo kazooie n64 ever and never! Too bad this looks like it has NOTHING to do with the core gameplay of Banjo Kazooie... while it might not be bad, it certainly isn't going to deliver the same experience as the first two games. :(

Oh it does- have you played the demo? It feels just like the originals. I was shocked at how much platforming there actually is. The only reason i use vehicles is to get around quick (The world is sooo huge!) and for challenges. I always end up having to get out to run around
And the vehicles are really fun to make too! This game has the potential to out-do it's predecessors.

I really loves Banjo Kazooie, I have so many memories from my childhood then I was use to play Banko Kazooie on the N64, but why did BK left Nintendo? Hope that this game are going to be really fun like on the N64 :)

I like the previous 2 Banjo games and I like this one. But im not getting it cos apparently, USA get it so much cheaper and get a free code for the first Banjo kazooie coming on XBLA. And UK or Europe get nothing! Rare said in an interview they were pretty pissed off too. Unfair as this is a UK game anyway but no Microsoft give everything to America first.USA do get more sales but to make the game cheaper and give them a free code of the game and not Europe is stupid.I dunno if this has changed?

End of the year, I think around November, but it will only be available for the XBox 360 since MSFT bought 'em out. Nintendo was too stupid to let it go. It would've been a great biz for Nintendo (like Mario and Zelda)...

Now I understand better, after they defeated Grunty, their life became more boring at 0:16-0:57 (well duh)
But anyway, the game will be not the same as the 1 and 2. But that doesn't mean the 3 will be bad, I'm at least happy they are familiar charas from the games before. plus stop bashing the new banjo game just because they changed the gameplay a little doesnt mean it suck plus it is not even out yet you fuckers.

Nintendo sold Rare to Microsoft in 2002. All of Rare's franchises, such as Perfect Dark, Conker, and Banjo, went with them. However, Nintendo still has Donkey Kong and Star Fox. If there is any new Donkey Kong game, it'll come from Nintendo, not Rare.

Okay, so here's the deal. Nintendo never owned Rareware. They were a third party company that mainly used Nintendo to distribute their games, and Nintendo greatly obliged. Rare LTD. has worked with Nintendo on Brawl for the Starfox character voices, mainly the other pilots, so they can still work on aspects from their previous projects. Microsoft just bought Rare and made them a first-party company.

Rare is owned by Microsoft now. They can make games for the DS because that's not in competition with the 360. But we will not see any games from them on the WII. It's sad i know, i'd love to see a Donkey Kong game done by them.

all these ppl who say that rare ruined it, microsoft ruined it... its the ame thing that happend with the new turok game. sure this isnt true to the Banjo style, but none the less it'll most likely be a good game weather its a good BANJO game or just another good game it doesnt matter to me... and i bet half of th eppl who say it sucks will probably get it. and btw the original Banjo Kazooie is gonna be for download on the Xbox360 :D

Heh, I spent today getting our N64 working again so my older Sis could play Banjo Tooie because it has some freezing issues. Anyway, the original Banjo Kazooie was her favorite game ever and now she really wants a 360 to play the third BK. The only thing I don't like is Banjo's new nose and how his walk is weirder, but my Sis still wants it because its still Banjo. :D
