I'm totally disappointed by Izzie. Alex was everything but a bad husband, he did all that he could for her to be fine, stayed by her side during all her illness and the rough times, and this is how she thanks him?!

And I don't think she's pregnant, I guess Mer's talking to someone else, like often in the promo they want to mislead...

i am so disappointed by izzy.....alex did do everything for her and her life. he married her saying the most amazing vow - he cared for her after the illness. and what the hell is she doing instead of being a good wife....??!!!

i mean, i thought she would be coming back, saying she is so sorry etc. but i just see the dismissive look on her face - as if alex hurt her or did something bad!!!!

You're right about that, because a dream would be ALL it is. She JUST went through chemo so there's no REALISTIC way that she could ever be pregnant. You probably love Ditzy Izzie with EVERYONE yet she has no chemistry with ANYONE.
