Not only they purposely steal your home and they sell your data , personal info ,CC info ,bank details etc etc for very few rupees ( its sold to ukranian and some russians ) my friend works there (ocwen financial Location :Malad (mumbai)) , He earns lot of money doing this .I will be also doing as i work in Jp morgan ha ha
Same story for me my loan started out online with 123loan.com and mortgaged me with a bank in Cincinnati OH that I don't remember the name of then after a few months that bank sold me out to Ocwen then after 6 years Ocwen had got with a local bank called Green Forest Bank and caused my payments to not go through big bunch of scammers mean while wallstreet profits go up from tax dollars and rip off scams, wonder why people are occupying wallstreet?
Update: Today I found out we got approved for the loan modification with Ocwen. I am so happy.. Anyone going through problems with Ocwen good luck and dont give up. You will get approved if you really deserve it. Thank God
OMG! Your story sounds almost like mine! I only have one mortgage but I was transferred from Saxon, to Ocwen with an approval on a HAMP. Unfortunately Ocwen gave Saxon a bogus address to mail it to, turns out it was a box factory! Had to start the whole thing over again. I got REALLY suspicious when one CSR told me to send my pmt., via wire to an address that didn't even exsist! My GPS went into route failure trying to find it. Since then I have hired and atty and really haven't gotten
I have the same story in Knoxville Tennesse.I live in West Knoxville. I have equity ,$60,ooo ish in my home. They refuse payments.They say they want to forclose. They have benn charging extra fees. $9,ooo.Which now put me into forclosure.They will not take a payment.Wh
We had to file bankruptcy and are awaiting foreclose. Ocwen is a piece of work, alright. Not once have we spoken to an American. They have never received our paperwork. They LIE because they don't know what they're doing. Screwing over Americans, one by one!!! One word for you, Ocwen.... KARMA!!! BTW...word for word...your story is ours!! Tks Donald

Youre right, they call and its some Indian piece of crap with an American name who asks me for my Social Sec. Num and Date of Birth -what a bunch of idiots. Then to make matters worse, I cant understand a word they say, its like they dont even know how to reply and theyre reading a script because they dont even answer the question.
Did you get someone to represent you? Man, sucks what youre going through, we have proof through bank statements that we've made all payments and we got a letter of foreclosure also. Im fighting back by any means necessary, and I mean any.

Your right, they are corrupt and most of there people are not even Americans, they have 3 offices in India and everytime I try to get an update they always say that something else is missing in my paper work or that they did not recieve what I faxed. I am at a loss for words and would love to get a class action law suit going against Ocwen......I fell your pain brother.
