SSH is a software, that looks into the iphone or mac devices since you probably know that its very hard to get music off iphone as-is since it all has to go through iTunes and w.e but ssh and other software programs just go into the devices such as Iphone Ipad w.e, basically its like iTunes for files and folders ehhe

to get SSH, go to Cydia, then search for OpenSSH and install it.

search the web for WinSCP, and download that (this guy is using cyberduck cause he's using a mac)..
