The sith seem like they are more powerful. I played kotor 1 and 2, and found that the powers the sith had were a lot better than that of a Jedi. Jedi Scum! lol
This to me is the ideal expression for the way the universe works, evolution, destruction, chaos, extinction, struggle with one's nature, staving off one's annihilation. It all makes a lot of sense to me. I wish the Jedi were correct as the Sith are a little assholish but I don't feel their code is.

In a Sith society I would always have to watch my back because defeat by a fellow Sith, apprentice or Master is a common way of testing their strength and power. @Nightxss I am really looking forward to the game. However I am worried that they will ruin Revan. Example of bad things: 1.Revan is still alive or a "fallen ghost" (like ajunta pall). 2. That in the end Revan turned to the dark side. 3. Revan was manipulated by the sith emperor which was the reason why he started the civil war (that is maybe the official story but as kreia said his goal was to unite the jedi and dark jedi against the emperor and the true sith).

The memories of playing this with my best friend are priceless. I probably sound like a geek, but I could tell a story for every piece of music in this game.
Korriban was the most fun part of the game... I especially loved the part where I told Uthar and that girl that I was actually a spy and I had been using them :P then I beat the crap out of em.

It may be that I just belong to a group that overrates Revan, but I can't believe they would leave his story high and dry after putting so much effort into making it so good and leaving it at a cliffhanger. Gives me some doubts as to why they suddenly want to make an unrelated MMO.

when i played this part of the game; listening to the the music, the views of the sith became apparent to me because i realised that 99.9% of the Earth's population would be or act like sith unintentionally. because think about all the coruption in the world, war and crime these are all things that stir our emotions and make our blood boil. And the only people who would be good (jedi) are the full on tree hugers, driveing their prius and shouting save the planet and all that.
My favorite part of the game. No matter if your light side or dark side doing all the quests in Korriban Sith Academy are the greatest, like finding the hidden renegades then fighting that big fucking monster (forgot its name.. rancor maybe?), then when you get trapped by Uthar and have to succeed his trial.. all fun.
@Scytherene122190 It's a Terentatek, it's similar to a rancor, there's even a theory that the Terentateks where originally rancors who were mutated through Sith experiments, the Sith are said to have created them to hunt down Jedi and for that purpose they have been made nearly immune to force powers.

Thanks for the information too, I never knew the Sith had something to do with the Terentatek's, I just knew they were extremely powerful beasts that had immunity to Force powers and hunted down Jedi everywhere way back when. the most boring planets for me were, dantooine and tatooine, my favs were taris, kashyyk and manaan, korriban was alright haha and i rmr me... fighting two of those rancor things in the tomb and i had to run around for ages, stop inject first aid, hit and then run again, i had to kite it like hell because i wasnt speced to fight melee, and i couldnt do the dam puzzle lol.
god this music is just magical. Too bad it was used way too many times, but still great. It should've replaced the music that was used when Luke snuck into Cloud City in episode 4, now THAT would've been awesome!
I can always recite the Sith code, but the Jedi code i always get it the wrong way round or forget. Perhaps that's because the Sith code is more blunt, more emotive.
No it's not. That's knowledge my friend. Knowledge of the darkside. But lightside always destroys it. The sith rely on their passion for power, not knowledge. This is how a Jedi overcomes him in most fights. Jedi think and have strategy, Sith use mainly sheer power and hatred which makes you weary in battle. Knowledge of the force. Knowledge overcomes. Time and time again in battles, like the Jedi Civil War and Mandalorian Wars, that is where dark thought they won. But again, the lightside and jedi defeated the sith in battles across the galaxy. The lightside fight with gracious thought and finesse. When they battle Sith, they can overpower them with Battle Meditation or Force Aura. The Sith only rely on passion and emotion. That's how they are trained. The Jedi are selfless, non reckless and better fighters.
I assume you are talking about Anakin. Anakin was too impatient, impetuous, and angry. He had the light in him, but he had rage, which made him wanna do things no other Jedi dreamed of doing. He was talented, but wanted more, like he said. In the end, the light was the victor because Anakin overcame what he was and went back to light through lukes suffering and therefore was the choosen one. But too much history lol

you do know in 2004 they were planning on making a KOTOR 3, they even had everything planned out for it but before it could go into full development the project was cancelled when some problems went up in Lucasarts, but then Lucasarts and Bioware said that they have no intention on abandoning the Kotor series. I wonder if they will keep their promise
Agreed. You get a sense of experience with this game. The music really makes the game. It immerses you in the game. Everytime I play this game, it's just....a different experience than any other game.

thru a new adventure we learn about Revan
Thru Revan we learn about the Exile
Thru the exile and Revan, the pieces will be put together
Kotor 3 will free me.

@Martyr022 BioWare has no rights to KOTOR II; They didn't develop it. This is why you won't hear anymore about Traya, The Exile, Sion or Nihilus.

the most boring planets for me were, dantooine and tatooine, my favs were taris, kashyyk and manaan, korriban was alright haha and i rmr me... fighting two of those rancor things in the tomb and i had to run around for ages, stop inject first aid, hit and then run again, i had to kite it like hell because i wasnt speced to fight melee, and i couldnt do the dam puzzle lol.

god this music is just magical. Too bad it was used way too many times, but still great. It should've replaced the music that was used when Luke snuck into Cloud City in episode 4, now THAT would've been awesome!

I can always recite the Sith code, but the Jedi code i always get it the wrong way round or forget. Perhaps that's because the Sith code is more blunt, more emotive.

No it's not. That's knowledge my friend. Knowledge of the darkside. But lightside always destroys it. The sith rely on their passion for power, not knowledge. This is how a Jedi overcomes him in most fights. Jedi think and have strategy, Sith use mainly sheer power and hatred which makes you weary in battle. Knowledge of the force. May the force be with you.

@TheJedimaster6788 Oh, but what good is puny knowledge when compared to the power of the emotions? How can the jedi defend himslef with his mind when he is already cut down by the merciless sith? And even if knowledge surpasses emotion in power, what's it's point if you can't use it without losing it, without giving in to the darkside? No, the Sith way is the only way. The only way is the Sith way. (I don't really believe this, I'm not nerdy enough, and I prefer LS over DS)

Knowledge overcomes. Time and time again in battles, like the Jedi Civil War and Mandalorian Wars, that is where dark thought they won. But again, the lightside and jedi defeated the sith in battles across the galaxy. The lightside fight with gracious thought and finesse. When they battle Sith, they can overpower them with Battle Meditation or Force Aura. The Sith only rely on passion and emotion. That's how they are trained. The Jedi are selfless, non reckless and better fighters.

I assume you are talking about Anakin. Anakin was too impatient, impetuous, and angry. He had the light in him, but he had rage, which made him wanna do things no other Jedi dreamed of doing. He was talented, but wanted more, like he said. In the end, the light was the victor because Anakin overcame what he was and went back to light through lukes suffering and therefore was the choosen one. But too much history lol

@TheJedimaster6788 His fight with Luke sucked so much, I don't even consider it. If he wasn't slow as Vader, we both know who would've one. I don't know how Obi-Wan could have beat him the first time, and then lost to Vader, but that's another story...

you do know in 2004 they were planning on making a KOTOR 3, they even had everything planned out for it but before it could go into full development the project was cancelled when some problems went up in Lucasarts, but then Lucasarts and Bioware said that they have no intention on abandoning the Kotor series. I wonder if they will keep their promise

Agreed. You get a sense of experience with this game. The music really makes the game. It immerses you in the game. Everytime I play this game, it's just....a different experience than any other game.

No I really disliked the movies, they are okay I suppose but the era iut was set in and the characters, no. Jack of Blades wa amazing, the plot awesome. The movies might have made star wars originally but the Galatic Civil war was the worst era and the clone wars was..... Okay-ish.... It's true. All the movies are "blah blah blah darkside blah blah blah clouds everything it does, yeess." And then a bunch of random fighting. I would rather find out where Revan went than to watch a brand new trilogy of Star Wars Lucas cooked up. The end KOTOR II had me going "That's it? Noooo!" And that game was so damn interesting.

One Revan went to find the true sith as in the species and the exile went to help him in his struggle against the sith, well thats what I've heard don't know how true it is but we all know a single Jedi or two cannot fight a war alone o_o

Really? They are alive and they are suspected to be dead the common thought is Revan went to fight the species but maybe there is something else out there Revan left to the unknown regions of space and then so did the emporer of the sith maybe something is left hiding and unseen? Maybe just coincidence, well who knows?
