  • Hey Kevin I've just got a question about resting times - If you're lifting some fairly heavy weight, and you feel that the muscles are totally drained of energy, what would be a good time to rest between sets? I'm only asking because I find that sometimes when I wait for a longer period, my muscles feel like they've cooled down, and doing the next set feels even more difficult.

  • ass down? lol you're making it into a squat, but with the weights in your hands..whatever works for you. great workout nevertheless, great intensity.

  • @ezravdb He's using a sumo stance, so ass down is the correct way to go. It's a narrow sumo, but it's still a sumo stance none the less. This is usually the preferred way to pull for lighter guys in powerlifting, and is used quite a lot by bigger guys who are more quad dominant in the lift

    Hands should be a tad wider though, or that underhand grip side is risking a bicep tear when the weight goes up

  • 3 plates is some serious stuff i can do 2 for 7 reps on a good day, anything more its too heavy. these videos r great

  • He's a really strong guy and his form was perfect on bench but he's going way too slow on the eccentric movement with the deadlifts. People hurt their back like that all the time.
