I'm sorry. I can understand how frustrating this is, but unfortunately the clock issue is not a cheap fix. The master atomic signal control is about $20K to repair and as you can imagine during this budget crisis money is not readily available. By working with the vendor, albeit a slow process, we have had the repairs donated.
Again, I'm deeply sorry. I'm a student and I can empathize.

All the Primex clocks have been off due to the master atomic signal control not operating correctly. Campus ops has been in discussion with the vendor and they are working on fixing the issue. We're looking at a couple weeks until it's finished. Sorry!
really atomic what-a? wal-mart has clocks that work just fine sitting on there shelves for a measly 9.99! well I guess I missed the point here.
