What annoys me is that Brionac isn't restricted in terms of how he can be synchro-summoned, literally ANY deck can abuse him. That means an Ice Barrier deck can be taken down by one of ITS OWN headliners. If Brionac was a bit more restricted, like at the least required water non-tuners like Gungnir, Ice Barriers would probably considered much more powerful than they already are.

if goblin zombie and diva are synchro summoned for bionac and your opponent does not have a response into brionac's summon. thats when you can activate brionacs effect, correct?

No, 'priority' isn't some vague Trigger Effect for Ignitions that ignores the base rule on spell speeds.

no, brios effect just activates on the regular after the goblins effect gets charioted/divine wrathed
