can u tell me what that kind of the paper u use the print pcb layout?it"s plant paper that foto print paper?and u just use that paper print in to laser printer?sorry for my engl. bad....
Great separation of the paper. I have read that sticker backing paper works really well. A couple points for improvement:
1. Cut the board to size *before* you etch it. Allows you to use the rest of the board for other projects and reduces the consumption of etching solution.
2. Use acetone to remove the toner. Much simpler and no abrading of copper traces.
Geez photo paper sucks whatever the brand. Use a sticker backing paper instead, no need to put in fridge or soak in water after ironing, Transfers quickly too and the best part is it's much cheaper
Hi. Nice vid. I use nail polish remover to remove the toner and then rub the board with sand paper to remove oxidation. Anyway i think maybe that its ok what you are doing too because you are removing toner and oxidation at the same time :)

I used iron on my copper clad board. It created noice and then I noticed that copper attached to the board came out.

press harde and use a diferent phoz pape such as basic photo gloss.
