@in2theSky Yeah this was a few days before they poster on their website they don't want people waiting after the shows. That's why Tegan pretended she didn't see us... twice. -_- But Sara is nice enough to talk to 3 fans that have been waiting in the freezing cold for hours. :)
@KaylasNotGrey awesome! thanks for the response! wow u got to them or sara just in time b4 they wrote that. wow. so was the picture with sara before or after the show? its cool that u stuck around! there's no harm in trying to meet them. actually sara is my crush so im glad she was nice enough to take a picture with u!
@in2theSky It was after the show. We waited for hours before the show too because we were told they were at an interview, and their bus wasn't there. So we decided to wait in the spot the bus would pull up but they went in a different way, and at one point we saw Tegan peeking out and watching us... probably waiting for us to leave. :P
The guys in the band all came out and chatted and Shaun said he might get us some hot chocolate but we decided not to stick around.
@in2theSky We were waiting near the back door and Tegan came out first, glanced over at us and kept walking. Then Sara came over to us but told us to wait because she was on the phone with her mom, then she saw the picture I painted on my wall and told her mom she would call her back, haha. So nice of her, I told her she didn't have to though. I met both Tegan and Sara in 2007 and Tegan was super friendly and talkative, I got a hug from her and everything.
Looks like you had loads of fun. I cant believe you met Sara and An Horse I envy you. I have yet to go to a Tegan and Sara or a An Horse concert too : (
Aw man that's silly there's nothing wrong with going to a concert by yourself! I went to the first one by myself, I met up with someone I knew from the interwebz there but still, if it's good music it's totally worth it :)
