I never got that part. he went back in time to see who saved him. then he realized that he had to save himself because no one else was in there. so just think about it: if he hadn't seen somebody before he passed out, he wouldn't have gone back in time to see who it was. and then he realizes it's him :| wtf? this just throws you into a continuous loop of nonsense. just think about it.
