@PrincesTomboy: Like I said, Tress has to stretch her voice to perform Dot anyway, so when songs are written for Rob's vocal range (and he was a singer prior to becoming a voice actor), Tress's voice--no matter the character--sounds higher in order to keep with the tempo and keep up with Rob's own vocals.

Dot kinda sounds like she's straining her voice though, which is weird 'cause she's pretty good in some songs (like LADOT).

I think Wakko's voice is higher than usual too, it may be because the song was written for Rob Paulsen (Yakko) 's vocal range, but then Dot's voice is often irregular in songs anyway.

Yea, Dot pretty much sounds the best when it's written in her key. Otherwise, she can either sound really high or low o.o

@Kauaimon: Tress--as Dot--alluded to this in the cold ending. "I just wish the guy (The Great Stonenini) would write a song in my key", she complains, resulting in Yakko--Rob--saying that he doesn't have a problem with the music, to which Dot says that most of it is all about him or Wakko, anyway.

but Yakko doesnt have a high voice. not constantly i should say, but Wakko wouldnt need to ajust because he's right in that range. as for Dot, she's a female and a girl with two boys may seem to make her sound higher. but this was REALLY out of wack for her. O.o
