Not sure where you mean in the video, but they're most likely either blade servers or the R900 servers.

They certainly do! So bright they blind you actually haha.

The LED's have become a lot brighter with time. For instance my R200 is way brighter than the 2650's.

Yeah they really are serious pieces of kit.

I took our company down the Dell route 2 years ago, we now have 12 Dell Rack servers flawlessly working away. It is a great site to have even one rack loaded with Dell's. We're currently growing our second rack with Dell 2650's picked up from eBay for a silly price. They are for Sharepoint stuff, and are super-responsive!
