  • Nathan Cook: (Calmly): "Things that are Enshrined..."

("Pyramid" theme begins to blast throughout Studio 33... winning bells chime... audience goes NUTS!!)

Bob Stewart (offstage): #%@& ME!!! x-O

    Lolz...

  • To this day, this very day, i still don't know how he got "enshrined"!!! I never would've thought of that!! He was one of the best celebrity players ever!!

  • Nathan played "Pyramid" LIKE A BOSS!!

  • he is good

  • ENSHRINED? they did NOT want a win with that answer, wow did they get fooled.

  • lol @ 1:43 - 1:44, she looked like she was going down on him

  • She was one of the smartest contestants to ever play the game !

  • I don't think the gang wasnted the $100,000 win this quick, BOY DID THEY GET FOoLED.

  • "Are we on camera" is my favorite part of this clip and when she kissed nathan his reaction was priceless

  • I never would have come up with "Hall of Fame..." - absolutely PERFECT clue!

  • Hey, for $100,000 grand, I'd have kissed him to!

  • For "Things That Are Shaggy" I would have said "Scooby Doo's Owner"

  • Nathan got a little special prize too!

  • One quesiton, as I commented on her other videos. Does Wikipedia have the first name spelled right or wrong (Keefe)? She did the others when she wins (including Dick Clark once after a win), but not on the lips. Amazing that she gave the clues-- she deserves the accolades. Thanks for posting the video.

  • Enshrined, it's obvious they didn't want the $100,000 to be won after 2 days, boy did they get a surprise.

  • My best part also was when the Pyramid dollar boxes danced around so as to say, "Congratulations!"

  • From 1:58 to 2:05, look at how the boxes from the Pyramid Board danced around so as to say, "Congratulations!"

  • @SJKopp I call that the Pyramid's happy dance! Lol...

  • She gave him one across the lips! PRICELESS! RIP Nathan!

  • @AQJONES2798 yup wow..

  • @AQJONES2798 Yeah, the SMILE on Nathan's face when she kissed him... absolutely priceless!

  • Enshrined really is a hard one. and Nathan played it like a grandmaster.

    that was absolutely fantastic.

  • Sadly, Nathan Cook died the same year.

  • yeah. this was one of his last appearances. and his final tournament appearance. he died a couple of weeks after the tournament due to an allergic reaction to Penicillin.

  • That's sad. I remember seeing Nathan on the TV program "The White Shadow". He was wonderful in that show.

  • @barber215 I was just reading his bio.. and i was saying the same thing..but then i saw she kissed him at the end of her win on the actual show..

  • @MUSTSEEVID yeah she did. this episode was on GSN last night. and there was the famous kiss. =) great, great win. RIP Nathan Cook

  • @barber215 I WATCHED it lastnite too on gsn.. thats why i researched him and his bdays is today.. isnt that weird. .. it played at 2 0'clock here eastern time. and i couldnt believe she kissed him.

  • From one extreme to the other... Nathan actually wins the money for the contestant and he's all cool about it and Barry Jenner goes crazy and he's just the clue giver! LOL!!!

  • Great win!! I'm so glad that it was her relatives that came up on stage instead of the entire audience (usually, it never bothered me to see the entire audience scramble up on stage, but this time, I'm pleased that it was just the lady's relatives). Her reaction after Nathan correctly guessed the "Things That are Enshrined" subject was priceless.

    -Matt

  • enshrined, that was used one other tournament, right?

  • Yes it was, from what I heard here on YouTube. Interestingly enough, it was Nathan Cook with that catagory. He was giving the clues and could not get the contestant to guess "Things That Are Enshrined".

Even after repeated viewings this win is still impressive. Dick Clark was certainly impressed.

  • That category also was used in the fourth $100,000 (Schmidt/Brown/Reinwand) tournament with Howard Morton giving.

The contestant (Schmidt) actually guessed it from clues given after the round was over.

Almost no category appeared only once.

  • Who was her oppnent that first round, was it Terri?

  • Yes, it was her.

  • @bjp20: Terri never even had a chance in the tourney... :-(

  • Is this the shortest tournament win ever?

  • It has to be. It's amazing that this tournament only took THREE WC attempts to win. Any shorter and the tournament would have ended on the first show, and I think fans would STILL be talking about that if it actually happened.

  • Yeah, I've never seen the tournament end after only two days before.

  • Neither have I. Usually, a contestant would win the $100,000 by the end of the current week. The tournaments would continue on until a contestant won.

  • "I looked at 'Enshrined' and said 'WOW!'" Would have been my reaction if I were in the audience as well. Great win!

  • She would have been screwed big time if she were playing with me, lol. What a hard category that was.

  • Enshrined is extremely difficult to come up with without describing the actually enshrinement. Well done! Nathan Cook came up with that - I am not sure even Betty White could have come up with that.

  • Keif deserved every penny that she won! I'm pretty sure most celebrities would not have gotten a win with those catagories. I'm guessing the show was not expecting a win that day - they were proven wrong!

  • @NYBredBamaFed One of the few contestants to not only give the clues, but be incredibly successful in doing so!

  • This board was one of the most evil ones I had ever seen. The first subject was set up for an immediate trap in the wrong person's hands (Things at an AIRPORT). The middle tier was really difficult (Things that are SHAGGY and Things with COMPARTMENTS) and the top one (Things that are ENSHRINED) is definitely the ugliest one of the bunch. Kudos to Keif with great clues and winning on the ugliest board in the tournaments.

  • ABSOLUTELY! And Keif saw that first trap and just said, "The planes...the runway." What a pro.

  • Keif Ferrandini was the ONLY contestant to win $100,000 by giving the clues... Keif was fierce!! Plus, Nathan was awesome.
