I'd rather a Hair straightner to curl your hair than a curler. Its much much easier, it's faster and it gives you probably a better look than a hair curler!

TIP FOR THICK HAIR:

Sure the end result we all will have a big head filled with

beautiful curls- but a cute way you can style this (if you have layers+thick hair,

this is a great style) pull all your curls to one side and do this side-low-ponytail

and add a cute flower or bow

Actually, the layers are a great addition to the bob.

You would want to curl the longest strands and for the smallest, you should clamp your iron and pul away from your face to create this loose wave,

and just tuck them in so you can get great volume. i'm sorry i can't seem to explain this. but best of luck!
