spawndonacle...You can not patent the material used in a Harmonica comb unless it is a proprietary compound. The design is the only thing you could patent here (or a silly name attached to it) and that might be only of nominal value as bragging rights.
I saw these on You Tube a few weeks ago. I think it's a great concept, not only because I love tinkering with harps but also because I love seeing a job done very well. This guy is not holding back and it really shows. The harp sounds (and looks) very nice indeed. 5 stars.
