This movie sucks, yet anytime I see it on tv or netflix I can't help but to watch it. Why I even decided to check the trailer out is beyond my understanding.

Not the best flick, but definitely not the worst. It made me feel nostalgic for the 80's through the music especially at the beginning with New Gold Dream by Simple Minds. Oh yeah...and Amber Heard....damn!

I did like this movie but still am wondering what they hell it was actually about as the there was no storyline at all and Mickey Rourke was awesome but what was he actually doing in the film as there was no reason for his character to have any sort of place, Ive gathered it was about a electro pop group from the early 80s whom did alot of cocaine sex and alcohol. Good performance by Chris Issak and the music was execellent brought back the good old times but other than that i am still at a loss
Avoid this movie. I can never get back the time I spent watching it but you can save yourself the misfortune. Total rubbish from start to finish, I'm suprised at all involved.
I liked this movie. Sure the vampire story was missing but overall I felt it was true to the book and kept it's mood really well.
it's a very literary film, an unconventional movie and since it contains selfish lonely characters they are hard to like and relate to but that's the point. Hopefully, we realize any parallels to these characters in our lives are demons we should face before we face the same desolation.
