this is nice" wall mounted ambience light control", "ultra modern central audio visual". But until the electricity infrastructure is re-animated / fixed and made stable, like amasomah said 'NEPA WILL FUCK YOU UP".
Even though I am not African, I am so proud to be a descendant of my African ancestry. In America black people are relegated to practically nothing and games are played constantly. However they say we make our own reality. I say you all are really showing the world what potential we have in the face of the white world. Continue to make us all very, very, proud!!! There are some of us wishing and dreaming that we will one day be as one!!!! Africa for us Africans.
I'm so ashamed of african people! Instead of wasting our time in big houses where we wont even live since most people relocate abroad we should use the money to help our community! Stop trying to copy the white people, let's help our own people!. We should stop flying abroad and just help building our country. But unfortunetly many africans are too brainwashed to realize that the white people are slowly buying our country!!!!
@MultiDivamama If a big house upsets you, then please don't look. If a white man had the big house, will you complain as you are doing? Feel happy for the black man who can build a big house - a big STYLISH HOUSE, in his homeland. It isn't easy. I am sure if the owner of that house was living in a studio flat in London, working as a cleaner or bus driver in the London transport system, you and other white people will be happy with that kind of sterotype!!!
@MultiDivamama ...i dont get it, and i dont get you one bit, you mean you make these sweeping pronouncements and condemnations of Africans based on a viewing of a video that is less than 10 minutes long, I think it is you that is brainwashed, Frankly, your deprecation of africans is appalling.
FROM GUINEA-BISSAU,I SALUTS MY FELLOW AFRICANS FROM NIGERIA.

I've never lived anywhere but america but I think I would love to visit lagos just to see what it is really like. I mean you here so much bad about nigeria and africa as a whole but when you check it out your self you do find some sad situations but it looks like nigeria has a whole lot of potential that they don't talk about much on the news. Keep uploading videos like this I would love to see more of Nigeria ;-)
@wjwfs : What brown9ja meant s that in USA houses are so expensive, that they cost a fortune eventho those houses are wooden houses. Pako wood means wood planks. Whereby in Nigeria they don't build wooden houses, hey build solid block houses and cost less
this looks good,i hope its real.fantastic presentation, now regarding blackouts i hope, there is enough space for the generator ,the house is big, there isnt enough space for parking several cars
@eugeneuler Erm...there is electricity in Nigeria. There are frequent blackouts, but anyone wealthy enough to afford these homes would also be wealthy enough to have a generator that will provide electricity to the entire house during blackouts.

The exterior is a hot mess.... Barely any greens and too large structure for the lot. Too close to the gate. Massive proportions....
On the good side, the interior is decent and the lighting and energy conservation is pretty good.
