is like when u flash ur 360 whit any firmwire for example ix1.51 the games will work on 3 rd wave and down only,,and 4 th wave games u will need to flash ur 360 whit higer firmwire to be able to play the games on live..

this program can't patch games from originals wave 6 .. he does not know the format , and even if you try to format it to a wave 1,2 or 3 file , it still doe'nt work .. when do they update this freaking programm , i patch'd a lot of files with it , but i think now its the end of the ride , couse all games now are wave 5 , 6, and maybe higher ..

@jackozi45 Who pays for their disc drive to be updated? It is a simple task that requires about 15 minutes of your time... also, only use this if your xbox is already banned. Otherwise your console is banned even if you play offline.

are you using ABGX to stealth? If you convert a game's wave, in your case MW is wave 4. So when converted to wave 3 then abgx will not be able to stealth it as MW wave3 does not match their wave 4 database.

I found the solution, I have a xbox360 with ixtreme 1.6, so firstly I patched Assassin's Creed 2 with wave 3, and next step, I updated the dashboard of the xbox 360, but don't update by the xbox live or you may get banned, download the update from a website, google NXE Update 2.0.8955.0 With Avatars Download to find it, and put it on a pendrive and connect it to your xbox 360, it should updates automatically. Last step enjoy Assassin's Creed 2 ! XD

If you did you're research you would have known that the 360 logs information about the last games played, so connecting to Live after playing a bad rip or patched will definitely get you banned.

An expensive mistake, hopefully one you won't be making again.

@24moneychaser When you get banned, that means that you were flagged a while ago. They do this so when the first people get banned, people with modded xboxs just don't stay offline. So they flag a TON of people to ban, then all at once, ban them all.
