Hrm. I kinda like the manga better after all. Just feels like they have more space and time to really flesh out the tragedy, comedy and all the other cheery light and nightmarish black moments in the story. The anime, however, is sadly a bit constrained due to the time limit, and thus makes atmosphere a bit hard to catch, due to it always hopping around so fast. :/

Since they can't really use inexperienced teens to do the role, so they hire professional female seiyū (voice actors).

And if you're thinking;"Why not use Male voice actors then?"

If you think about it, a grown mans voice would be too deep to portray a young teenage boy. P;

Characters like Naruto, Luffy, Goku, Yuki and even Allen are all played by females. :B
