You need to make videos that are "unique", something that says "This is Steamania!" . But don't think too far, people tend to think "too much" when it comes to creating awesome ideas, sometimes that "little extra" will do just fine (Like nielsje153 says: Something funny).
If you succeed doing this Steamania won't be dead for long, people will sit at home and long for a Steamania video to pop up in their subscribtion-box-thingy :)

Make short good videos, updates us on wich games comes and sales. Steam weekly news. Short fast and maybe some funny things.
