The imperial guy yells freeze at Han, Han then throws the charge, hits the guy, who goes over the edge. Explosion, shield dish blows up.

Rebel fleet comes, in. "The shield is down, commence attack on the etc..."

Wedge fires on the "north tower" it explodes.

Emperor "Ohh no"

Vader "What"

Death Star blows up. All dead

the Emperor isnt exactly all poweful if he needs an "apprentice" all the time and always dumps his old for a younger. Vader and Obi Wan could propably kill the Emperor

The reason they have an apprentice is because their eventually going to need a successor, especially when their old. They train the apprentice and the apprentice will become the emperor when the old one dies or the apprentice has the balls to kill the emperor.
