The anaconda shoots the .44 magnum. Its not as powerful as the .50AE.

The most powerful pistol still being made that's worth mentioning is the Smith and Wesson .500. But it still doesn't have the penetration of a common m16 round.

ALL pistol calibers are UNDER POWERED compared to your common 5.56 round (22caliber) The .50 AE will not puncture a flak jacket.

The only pistol round that has real power is the 45.70 or 500 Smith Wesson. But they are weigh a ton are recoil intensive and overall "just for fun" firearms.
