Ok Caitanya mahaprabhu was not considered a principal incarnation in the srimad bhagavatam. Buddha was. However the puranas do not accurately match the life of Buddha. So it is not clear. Only the name "buddha" is clear. However Buddha was born with wheels of dharma on His feet, proving He was not an ordinary human being. I suspect He was an incarnation. However His mission didnt require powers like Lord Krishna's incarnation. A hindu would consider Him less powerful (but EQUAL) avatar.

u might be wrong, Buddha is not an avatar of any supernatural being. he is a perfect human being, who cannot be compared with anybody

this was not an incarnation of Lord Krishna. the last incarnation was 500 years ago, Lord Caitanya
