  • المرتد يقتل في حال وجود دوله اسلاميه صحيحة وهذا المرتد حارب المسلمين عقائديا أو عسكريا .

    ولكن في حال أرتد عن الإسلام ولم يحارب المسلمين فلا يقتل وعقابه على الله
