Also, if someone is about to die of cancer or aids, does it matter if they get high and feel better for awhile? Or if they smoke weed and can eat anice meal after? She may not know enough about medical marijuana, but since the documentation is what grants a legal right to grow and consume it, she should know how to tell if it is legitimate or not.

He brought in statements and documents and Judy did what she normally does in these cases. DISMISS THEM. Did you not hear the kid say he has degenerative disk disease? The girl he was with said she had diabetes and insomnia, did the judge listen to her or quickly dismiss her also?

Do you really believe she would accept his proof and award him his marijuana growing equipment (which is legally his property)?
