It has such a high center of gravity with narrow bristle base, cutting the bristles shorter would help stability. That, or split the brush head lengthwise and mount the halves wider.

If you use a wide and strong (and rubber tipped if you have one) toothbrush top it will be good enough.

@BullockDesignConcept i did that with mine to accommodate a solar cell. it does make it more stable but it wont change the problem of it constantly going in circles.

You can get these clock batteries which are actually called "cells" very easily. Just get a AA battery, open it, and you will find 6 of them in there!

I made one of these with my twin and it was awesome then the wires fell off (cause my twin didn't bend them good enough) and then we took the vibraters from an old Xbox controller and made our own little robots

the phone isn't important because ALL mobile phone motors are the same as this one on the planet. the battery is from a toy laser as i remember, but you can find these in wristwatches and shops too
