MY buddy Mickey has a focus that has most of the same mods like yours, his pulls out 386HP, 340TQ, if running on 91 octane, what numbers are you pulling? BTW Awesome car, wish my focus had that, but no money.
jesus 2.4" pulley on an M62 and taking it up to 8K...that is overspinning the blower massively! if the blower survives, i hope you've got a strong intercooler setup as i can only imagine the heat that thing is generating.
I am using an afermarket Cobra Svt chargecooler. And by the way not only I use a 2.4'' sc pulley but also a bigger crank pulley not much bigger just 1/3 inch more
you can use an air-to-air intercooler but you would have to modify the intake manifold being used. its been done on Cobalts before but nothing has been proven to work better than an air-to-water setup to date.
I ve removed the rev limiter for several months now - from november - the M62 must be spinning far beyond its limit. I ve been reving the engine up to 8K and nothing has broken ...yet ... :) Stock oil pump ...

Can I ask what you spent on the internals cause I know I have to tackle that. Ideally I'd like to do a turbo setup for greater flexibility, but I'm not shooting for more than 275-300 at the wheels, I'd like some feedback on the supercharger route.
actually it was a 1.6l Focus Trend (yeap you dont have those in the US). Well you can go through the list and see what approximately you need. Internals cost me about 900USD not a big deal (pistons n rods).
Well that is not an engine management light its an airbag light due to aftermarket seats fitted.
Anyway car is in the surgery now, some bad ass cams will be fitted and proper tuning with tha aid of DreamScience. Once ready I will post another vid...

2.4" pulley! How fast is the M62 spinning with that? I think that's the smallest pulley I've heard of on a blown Focus.
