Why did Slimer look scared when Egon said he hadn't taken his flying lessons? Notonly is he already dead, but he can fly! A little fall shouldn't scare him.

Well, Citizen Ghost is Peter telling the story to the reporter in the style of a flashback. So it still makes sense.

As for Egon's voice... Maurice LaMarche was still settling into the role during those episodes so the voice is a little off.
