The tailgate parties are almost as good as the concerts!!!! Many times partied at Mansfield Mass on Labor Day weekend with Jimmy!!! Great times!!!!

I have loved Jimmy's music for many years. Had the pleasure of seeing him just a month ago at Pine Knob in Detroit. Great music! Great tailgate parties!! And yes I am a sailor and a parrothead. Just wish I had more time to do both. Enjoy!

hey amhlair, don't get down on those unfortunate people who don't live in the tropics. jimmy buffets music is for all people who love great music and for those who dream of being in those places. and I live on a tropical island also (near key west) and I have done many miles on sailboats in the caribbean, and beyond!

Exactly, I'm up here in New Jersey, as corny as it sounds, Radio Margaritaville is my "second home" in the florida keys. Closest I've ever gotten to the Keys was Miami, but hopefully someday, I'll be living down there. But for now, Jimmy Buffet) makes me feel like I'm down there. (Well at least until I look out my window and see all the Industrial areas of Newark

I originally came down to south florida for a week many years ago (from maryland). hanging out on the beach in december, I thought, "hmm, this is way better than maryland!"  getting 'academically dismissed' from the U.of Md. was the best thing that ever happened to me! cheers!
