They took two great characters, X and Zero, and turned them into a couple of generic Japanimated fairies. Zero looks nothing like his former self. I don't know what Capcom was thinking when they put this turd on the shelves. Bring back classic Mega Man X-X3 damn it! Even X4 5 and 6 weren't that bad! This is blasphemy

@knobed138 we r all entitled to our opinions. ^^ personally, I enjoyed the Zero-series a lot, especially for the gameplay, it was fun, yet challenging. but I agree with u abt the X-series. 1st to 3rd were my favorites also, and I enjoyed 4th to 6th as well, whereas the 7th and 8th weren't nearly as fun.

To tell you the truth I always felt deep inside me ever seen playing Megaman X series that they under-rated Zero soooo much!

He was always shadowed by X even though Zero is the core of X's strength and courage.

I hated it, until X4 when they actually made him a 100% playable character, but even then the story pretty much kept X in the lime-light. Which was expected of course, Megaman Zero pretty much made my life complete.

I think Inafune (the creator of Megaman) wanted the X series to finish in the 5th game. his plan was to continue to this series. I'd like to know what this series would've been like if Capcom hadn't made X6 to get money.

I hate AMV's with a passion due to how they are filled with puns or it's mostly fan fiction which I hate fan fiction due to the fact that it never has anything to do with what actually happens. On the other hand I love Megaman, and I have since I was a kid when I played the originals. But for the record, Zero has been around for a very long time...and in fact is more than likely Protoman.

I actually liked thinking that way myself, until proven otherwise, but it was proven otherwise in Power Fighters. I still do think original Megaman is X, though. the movie of the remake of X1 didn't convince me 'cuz it was filled with loopholes all over the place.

I also loved it. it's a shame we don't see what happened to them and why aren't they in the X-series anymore. but it'd be rather impossible to make a game where the heroes either die or r otherwise made to malfunction. it'd be unfair for Megaman also after everything he's done to stop Wily. so we'll likely never see the tie between these games. it's called "Megaman" though, 'cuz it's the same series of games.
