Nvmd, I thought the glitch was that Mewtwo was flinging the shell away. But the glitch is that Shiek got stuck to his legs.

This is not a glitch. It's Mewtwo's Confusion attack. Works a lot better with Lucario in SSB Brawl. In SMB Melee it only flips characters, but delfects projectiles like Mario's cape attack.
