That annoying loud noise was the monkey with a repeating voice. I applied the monkey behavoir to the MIPS's. And the song is El Mudo-Macarron Chacarron (I think I spelled that right; it's either with 2 c's or 2 r's). But if you just want the ualuealuealeuale part, here's a link to that:

I changed the geometry layout pointer for outside the castle. I changed Peach's model fetch command to load Lakitu's.

Mario enters the bottom warp and realizes he came out where he entered. In short, I moved both warps to the bottom warp position.

It's not animated, I used my mouse. I recorded the naked scene, changed my cursor, and re-screen recorded it playing through VirtualDub. Media Player always changes your cursor to default when you mouse over the video.
