Hey, just and FYI. In the web management interface, there are links to create Guest OS like linux. I did it for Ubuntu 8.10. there is a "Create new VM" link near the upper right hand corner and it will walk you thru the things you need, just accept the highlighted defaults. If this is not what you had in mind, try the vmware workstation v6.
Hey thanks for posting this video. The same thing just happened to me. I think what we are looking for is 'VMWare Player' check the wikipedia article about it. It seems to be a little limited in function, but there might be work arounds for that according to the article.
Can i add an ip public using this program?. or this program just like other virtual machine which have function to install OS and virtual it.
oiya do you think which one is better?.

Microsoft VirtualPC completely freeware, you get tutorials on how to install various linux distributions easily via google.
VMWare Player, you get a lot of premade linux appliances, or workstation (trial) to make you'r own appliances

You can use an older version of VmWare. Anything before 2.0 is not browser based.
Also I'm pretty sure you need to change the battery in your smoke detector.... can't you hear it beeping?!
