If the Czechs and/or any other EU member-state does not wish to proceed with the EU project, they are free to exit the EU at any time of their choosing. I have not noticed any one of the 27 advocating that line to any serious extent beyond political party point scoring. As for the complaint about a lack of democracy, democracy is always moot whenever less than 55% of the electorate, bother to vote.

the only reason 'cause its not possible to change Lisbon Treaty and make a new ratification, its due to all corruption and buy vote that costed lots of money to Barroso and EU.......... such ipocrisy its schocking for European Democracy and Freedom.
