ammm a mistake everyone have playing crysis is that, if you shoot when you are invisible, then the energy is lost... but if you set up to maximum strenght b4 shoot, then you don´t loose your energy, then you can be invisible, be strenght shoot and become invisible right after shooting... it´s much more efective... you can proove it in multiplayer

why do you find help on youtube? there are many informative sites on overclocking THIS processor. its not very good at overclocking but, i have one so. find your motherboard make and if you dont know get x48 motherboard that overclocks! get some good hardware, like a master cooler. dont go over 71.4 c on vcore during stress test. you'll be seeing that alot

crysis is dx9 or dx10. It came out in 07, when Microsoft was still attempting to push for Vista. They made it so you could only access the Very High settings if you had a dx10 setup which REQUIRED vista. There were ways around getting the highest settings unlocked on xp, but now that win7 is out, one can finally enjoy the game.

it depends on what esolution u play, the resolution makes a HUGE difference in graphcs and performance. compare 1920x1080 vs 1680x1050 and u will see a big difference in graphics

x64 on x86(32bit) you can't do, but is you have a OS x64 you can play x86, just run the Crysis.exe on the bin32 folder.

Well i actually give it a try to smart doctor since my bedroom is kinda cold i overclocked my EN9800GX2 so i was able to play the game with all settings in very high AA off and FULL HD resolution ^^ pretty amazing game just finished it, een in the last mission with that huge airship and explosion it wasnt breaking nor nothing and i was even running a torrent program and trying to capture movies with asus gamer OSD

Im not 100% but if u now got Vista you will get better prefrormance in Crysis.

Compared to XP im not sure, but a guess would be that Win7 got better support for QuadCore so u will get ur power there.
