Hardware isn't as expensive as you think it is really. You just have to use the right combination of hardware and clocks and you'll get a nice computer.

@EvazivSounds I dont know much about ATi because i use Nvidia myself, however your processor isn't bad. The only downide is it's only 2.20 GHz. Some sort of overclocking to get it to atleast 3.0 would improve your performance.

Consoles are bottlenecking graphics in games for PCs. But it's understandable because you don't want a new console release every 3 years. So in short, this generation of games is outdated and won't improve until next gen consoles are released or they're designed specifically for a high end PC.

Your textures seem better than very high in original but it's worth asking, will this fix my problem? Also will it slow down my ame too much? Thank you for maiking and uploading of this mod :)
