@BAMitsMaisha NO! THEY TOOK A TOUR WITH PEOPLE AND HE CLICKED TOWN HALL AND IT SHOWED A WOOHOO OPTION! YOU CAN DO THIS AT THE THEATER IN THE 3DS VERSION OF SIMS 3
I've done this many times, particularly when taking my Sims on a date to the movies, only to find the movie hasn't started yet. Take a tour, and while they are inside, click on the building again, and if your Sims like each other enough, you get the option to Woohoo backstage.
Careful though; your Sims can also get caught, as I found out. Thankfully it didn't ruin the date. :D
