I love Seether. THey have hard rocking out to songs, but then they have emotional slow rock songs with guitar notes of harmony to my ears. So soft and sad but in a soul soaring type of feeling. I will always love Seether's music.
love this song! it makes me consider that god is here to render love and guide us in life. we all tend to fade away in our own ways and forget about god who wants to be not only our father but friend as well. courage takes too much, so many walk away. won't let you fade away my friend! pass slowly god! we need you! peace&love.
Seether is absolutely awesome. This album is not like their others. It is different. It is softer. Shaun Morgan is a TRUE artist unlike most these days.
AH! brent is such a damn good vocalist. you try to sing along but just his voice recorded will completely over power you and make you feel pathetic and now all i can do is shut up and listen to all these amazing songs haha.
I cant get enough of this cd... I agree with mattieraven... it kinda reminds me of breaking benjamin. They have an album like this... track one on this album is the best to get pumped in the gym!! <3 Stephanie
While this album certainly shows a softer side, it has enough edge to be in keeping with the bands style. Personally i feel these guys could give lessons on how a hard rock ballad should be done
God, I just absolutely love this song. Screw anybody who doesn't think this is wonderful or "too soft" -- they aren't real fans & they don't know what they're missing! <3
@kazooiez....... us TRUE seether fans, LOVE EVERYTHING THEY DO :) regardless if it sounds different than their original stuff,it is still seether !!!!
@kazooiez right on, man. Seether is one of my favorite bands. I can rock out to them, or mellow out. This song just goes to show their versatility. Amazing song.
dude this song is fuckin boss. seether is one of my fav bands now. their fuckin original and their fuckin emotional. u never get that anymore out of bands but it seems like their the only ones. seether kicks ass. keep doing what ur doing seether we are proud
@SaddistBunny32..Totally agree on all of that. I can and to relate, relationship wise as well as loss of a loved one. Lost 2 brothers myself, 3 yrs ago. I love the in studio version of this song too, you can tell he's feelin it.

This song is so great. The Seether I know to love. Although I can't stop listening to it, its a constant reminder of what I'm feeling & going through with my woman right now. Strait depressing but yet I can't quit listening to it. Very awesome track.
@Jokore3 Agreed. What I like about this song and others like it that deal with personal issues (this one being about Shaun's brother) is that they can have multiple meanings to those who are going through the same thing or, in my opinion, those who are deep in love and aren't ready for their partner to leave yet. Now I can't stop listening to this song because of that.
Im currently single so i feel this song. Its one of those songs you listen to on the way to the airport..and fur cue one that you listen to before you jump out at 10k feet.Jus like our moods change,so must the music..yeah its softer as a whole,so what.Next round may be heavier after someone dies and they feel dark and gloomy.Listening to it evolve is our own evolution, when our feelings can relate.
I think this song is fantastic, and I think Seether is a great band and for three they kick ass.. so just enjoy there music.. and LISTEN to there lyrics, they are dam good.. and that is from someone very much older then most.
rather they're singing something "pop-ish" like Fake It, country-ish like Country Song, something happy like Tonight, lovey like Broken, something that makes you hate the world like Needles... Seether can pull it off♥ Part of the reason they're my favorite band of all time..just sayin
Seether just rocks they are fantastic and just love there music, so keep doing what your doing, and keep creating great music and great lyrics and fantastic songs and just dont ever give up man you are just great.
awe inspiring. very soulful. If u listen to the content they have not change all that much still speaks of fading away and if u say ur alive then when u pray ur a liar. This seems or feels like an answer to waste. Love the song. For those who don't apparently u don't knw good quality music.
people say seether has gone soft. While everyone has a soft side and this album is just like the others and thats fucking amazing and beautiful. Seether is an amazing band instead of saying shit why not be a real fan and love their work and music? Love Seether for life.

I love it!! I have grown with this band, and have to say! Great album, buy a great rock band!! They have left there mark on Rock music as one of the greatest ever!!!!!!
@5fingerdpunchfan, Please don't let yourself continue to be one of those morons who think because a band grows and changes musically (even though this isn't outside the realm of traditional seether at all) that they've "sold out". Stop and think... why would seether need to sell out? They've made millions already... they don't need to sell out. They're not struggling. Oh btw, FFDP sold out when they released bad company, a shity, soft cover as a single...
@DayTripper540 Search here on YT. Seether talking about Holding onto strings better left to fray. It's an Interview they did and talked about each song individually.
What the f**k happened to the Seether we all used to know from the Disclaimer 2 and Karma and Effect days. That hard rock and heavy post grunge sound has completely dissapeared. @5fingerdpunchfan yes it is different. but they get to decide what they put on their album, and maybe some people won't like it. but it's just a different side of seether. if you don't like it well that sucks for you, but I actually love their soft side. I think it's perfect. so you probably the one that's 'craptastic' and not their new album.
@5fingerdpunchfan Well if u knew them when they were saron gas u will be very fuckin suprised because the songs on there r way slower than this. so i disagree, they havnt sold out they actually going back to what they used to sound like.
@5fingerdpunchfan everyone is attacking you, huh? i guess my thought is bands grow as much as fans do. sometimes the band changes and the fan dislikes it and others the fan changes and outgrows the band. i don't think bands really sell out, we just getting so invested in a particular album or time period of a band that we have expectations that the next album will be as good as the album(s) we love.
@5fingerdpunchfan Seether hasn't sold out. Bands move forward with their music, and many times it's based on the stage of their lives they are getting through. Music is emotion-in-sound. Yeah, you may not like it, but doesn't mean they sold out, their sound is changing.
@dubbemiah I find it a bit contradicting to everyone's point when they say Seether has sold out because their music has changed. @ABFan010 You could drop the image quality and leave the song as is, thus, dropping the file size down.
