  • Great Song. I have the album Train Songs...or Songs About Trains...something like that. My fav from that album is a song called Streamline Cannonball. Anybody know where I can find it on You Tube.

  • @robyfox2 That Depends, What version? With what Artist?

  • @288jh I'd love to find the Jim and Jesse version that is on the album.

  • @robyfox2 Honestly, I don't have that version However i have a version by the NS lawmen

  • @288jh Never heard of them, but I'd be interested in hearing it.

  • I'm german for me this is the best music that was ever made in the USA .

  • THAT'S the version I was looking for. This is awesome.

  • Gosh, I miss Jim McReynolds.

  • correction...Jesse is on the mandolin and Jim on guitar

  • I think Jim McReynolds is handsome. A comment from a 14 year old!

  • HEAVEN !

  • damn this music is the best ever

  • Their vocal harmonies swirl above and beyond any bluegrass ever, but their instrumental foundation makes it all work even better.

  • @bth2458 I hope we can still here that old time bluegrass music. I hope they don't try changing it like they did country music.

  • Love this song. I had the LP of Jim & Jessie's "I Like Trains". There was a great song on it called "The Streamline Cannonball" Wish I could find it.

  • I grew up in Kentucky and I can't believe I've never heard this song before. I looked up the lyrics and it's got to be one of the coolest train songs ever! (Of course, Jim & Jesse could sing "Happy Birthday" and make it sound cool!)

  • @Zagathon7 Listen to the original by the author, Hank Snow, and you will like it even more.

  • that was great love to hear that sound that only jim&jesse can make .

  • what harmony... Awesome

  • Outstanding! I like it when banjo players play open F.

  • Great, love it! ;)

  • awesome awesome!! 5 big stars!!!~~JJ~~

  • they don´t make them like that anymore ...

  • First saw them on their old TV show in late 60's. Then 1st live show in '70 at a mobile home outlet in Houston on a flat bed trailer with Vic Jordan on banjo. Geez I wish I would have recorded that.

  • Good version of a song by Canadian Wilf Carter.

  • Jim and Jesse were the best bluegrass group ever. Hope you have more songs you can post. Thanks
