The second track is by Oli Chang, originally from his Batman's gonna kick your ass track. It's just a cool sounding short loop, rather than a full song. Music producers, especially for commericals, have literally hundreds of these tucked away for later use. In this case it was picked up by Honda (probably without them knowing initially it was used in the Batman track) and locked down by a contract so it can't be released.

i talked to the guy who made the 2nd song he said he cant give it out or he might get in trouble with honda, but the one he showed me has chicks saying batmans gonna kick your ass and a dude saying hes batman, like the "batmans gonna kick your ass" music here on youtube exept it has alot less of the dudes voice

From another thread I read: according to Honda the song was composed specifically for the ad.  As others have noted, it's by Oli Chang who's also featured in projects such as Theatre of Disco, uBin, The High Highs, KWIK Allstars, iLo and that Christian Bale remix. Much of the material is available on the net. Some of it is similar to that featured in the Honda ad, some isn't. Other ads he's done: Domino's Techno Chicken and Telstra's Spread the Good Stuff. He works with Nylon Studios.

It is by Melbourne DJ Miami Horror - and currently is not available elsewhere.

It may be available in the future on his forthcoming album.
