One Year Hair Growth After Heat Damage Big Chop

I feel like my hair has thinned. I know my hair strands are thin (I compared to a friend of mine and her's were 3x thicker), but I think I used to have a lot more hair on my head, hmph :)

I didn't get it trimed but it did get cut twice because I was told the damage went deeper then I knew. So the first time it got cut enough didn't come off and I had to get it cut again. But other then those two time no trimming :)
