If they really want to make some money they should bring back the Monday Night Wars and have the WWE go back to the way it used to be before all the soap opera crap. Get rid of the PG rating and take it to PG-14, today's WWE only thinks of the kids and not the teens and older fans that loved it back in the Attitude Era. In my opinion the TNA superstars could wipe the floor with most of the WWE superstars because they lost their edge.
Wow. Just wow. First, whoever agrees with ENRIQUEJULIOIGLESIAS should be ashamed of themselves. How have any of the wrestlers he mentioned "disgraced" any title in WWE? All of them have been perfectly good wrestlers. Undertaker especially is a locker room leader and is looked up to even by legends, including your precious HBK!
Second, it's HHH vs. Undertaker at 'Mania. They announced it on RAW.
That was when wrestling was good, and if you were a fan Sting had you hooked. The man made it worth watching. To me there isn't a better wrestler that has deserved everything more, he made WCW hands down. He also got more people watching TNA when he was there. Sting is #1 in my book forever!

@TheTommyM4 First of all let's get something straight The Rock may have been more entertaining as far as mic skills and was decent in the ring but, saying he was better in the ring than Sting is stretching it there. Sting is far more of a better wrestler than The Rock I'm not saying the rock wasn't a good wrestler but, he sure as hell isn't better than Sting. Undertaker is a good worker and has great agility for his size he's certainly isn't better in the ring than Sting not even close.
@TheTommyM4 I can agree with you on Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit as far as in ring skills but, The Rock and Taker seriously? watch Sting's matches against Vader, The Great Muta, Bret Hart and DDP those are some of the best matches ever some of the one's i listed are under-ratted(DDP Nitro 99, and Muta) even his match against Lance Storm in 2000 on Nitro was probably one of the many best matches he's ever had. Not to mention his earlier WCW matches in the 90's against Rude and Ric Flair.

The Rock was very well balanced bacause he could put on a great match and has the best mic skills ever, if you want to talk about who had the better feud then you should really think about The Rock's feud with Stone Cold.
@TheTommyM4 You're right it is a subjective thing, but every wrestling publication outside of WWE magazine has called Flair vs Sting and the NWO angle the greatest Fued and Storyline ever it becomes less subjective. Also the Rock vs Austin was good, both were horrible in ring (punch, punch kick, stunner or rock bottom), but both brought great intensity. that fued lasted a year or two copared to Sting vs Flair lasting ten years or so and one can't be thought of without the other.
@panther2552 I wouldn't say they were "horrible" in ring look at Austin's submission match with Bret Hart, Their feud started ended then came back, altogether them feuding took up more than 2 years (they wrestled at Wrestlmania XV, X-Seven and XIX). Flair and Sting feuded for ten years???
@TheTommyM4 from about 88 to 01 off and on. Ofcourse ending with the very last WCW Nitro. It was the main event over the title match between Booker T and Scotty Steiner because of it's historical significance to wrestling. It also looks to be rekindled now in TNA now that Flair is there with his new Group running roughshot.
The Austin match with Hart was great, but it was few and far between asfar as him showing much diversity. It was also witht Bret Hart who can make anyone look great.
@TheTommyM4 Also if you're mentioning Angle and Benoit as best technical wrestlers, have a look at the old Japanese Promotion UWFi. They emphasized a shoot style of wrestling which was far more technical than anything Angle or Benoit has done. They also boast MMA legends such as Ken Shamrock, Kyoshi Tamura, Nobohiko Takada and the "Gracie Hunter" Kazushi Sakuraba. though don't get me wrong Angle and Benoit are and were great in ring.
@panther2552 Another Great Shoot Fighter worth mentioning but heavily underrated in North America but well respected and known in the Orient and in Europe is the Austrian Shoot fighter Viktor Krueger. At his prime he had tremendous potential and was very good. For someone his size he can wrestle a good technical match. Check him out on here. He was actually in WCW in 1994 for a breif period but was fired for challenging Hulk Hogan on camera in one of his interviews.

@GamecockRock0525 I agree about John Morrison. But Cena and the others aren't too bad. If anything Triple H is one of the most overrated wrestlers ever. Rowdy Piper will go down in history as better then Triple H!!
@xhemexx Cena is only good on Mic, his in ring ability is sub par at best... he doesnt sell injuries at all, you cant expect to be called great when you all of a sudden look fresh after taking a beating for 20 minutes.

@hbk2hhh his peak was actually from about 1990-99. could even go back to 88 where he made his mark in wrestling with the 45 minute draw with Flair at the Clash of Champions which went head to head with wrestlemania and did very well. during that time with Flair he was a part of the greatest rivalry in wrestling history. not to mention part of two other amazing rivalries with Great Muta and Big Van Vader. then of course as you mentioned the timeline where he was the NWO's rival.

I love sting. He's a great wrestler. Out of all the tribute video's on youtube. I enjoy watching sting's video's the best. Every gimmick sting has had worked for him from surfer sting to tna sting etc. Sting lives, breath, and eats wrestling business. Sting became a legend, and he did it his own way. I don't know what the future hold for sting. And i wish him the best in tna and hope he creates even more great matches. Sting 4 life.
The dark sting was in my opinion the best wrestler gimmick of all time. It just fitted the man perfectly. He didn`t need to say a word and fans would go crazy.

I miss that period in wrestling. The build up for sting vs hogan at halloween havoc 97 was fucking unreal some of the most entertaining shit ever. Stings carachter development from the night in 96 when the nwo took out half the wcw locker room with baseball bats up until havoc 97 was just awesome
Sting was my childhood hero, and is still my favorite wrestler of all time. There is a reason why they called him The Franchise of WCW. In my opinion, he was THE greatest wrestler of the 1990s, no question.

@TheTommyM4 from about 88 to 01 off and on. Ofcourse ending with the very last WCW Nitro. It was the main event over the title match between Booker T and Scotty Steiner because of it's historical significance to wrestling. It also looks to be rekindled now in TNA now that Flair is there with his new Group running roughshot.
The Austin match with Hart was great, but it was few and far between asfar as him showing much diversity. It was also witht Bret Hart who can make anyone look great.

@TheTommyM4 Also if you're mentioning Angle and Benoit as best technical wrestlers, have a look at the old Japanese Promotion UWFi. They emphasized a shoot style of wrestling which was far more technical than anything Angle or Benoit has done. They also boast MMA legends such as Ken Shamrock, Kyoshi Tamura, Nobohiko Takada and the "Gracie Hunter" Kazushi Sakuraba. though don't get me wrong Angle and Benoit are and were great in ring.

@panther2552 Another Great Shoot Fighter worth mentioning but heavily underrated in North America but well respected and known in the Orient and in Europe is the Austrian Shoot fighter Viktor Krueger. At his prime he had tremendous potential and was very good. For someone his size he can wrestle a good technical match. Check him out on here. He was actually in WCW in 1994 for a breif period but was fired for challenging Hulk Hogan on camera in one of his interviews.

@hbk2hhh his peak was actually from about 1990-99. could even go back to 88 where he made his mark in wrestling with the 45 minute draw with Flair at the Clash of Champions which went head to head with wrestlemania and did very well. during that time with Flair he was a part of the greatest rivalry in wrestling history. not to mention part of two other amazing rivalries with Great Muta and Big Van Vader. then of course as you mentioned the timeline where he was the NWO's rival.

I love sting. He's a great wrestler. Out of all the tribute video's on youtube. I enjoy watching sting's video's the best. Every gimmick sting has had worked for him from surfer sting to tna sting etc. Sting lives, breath, and eats wrestling business. Sting became a legend, and he did it his own way. I don't know what the future hold for sting. And i wish him the best in tna and hope he creates even more great matches. Sting 4 life.

He was the biggest wcw star and he was the only one that refused vince`s offer. But can you imagine him arround 2000 against HHH, HBK, Undertaker, The rock, Stone cold... I miss that period in wrestling. The build up for sting vs hogan at halloween havoc 97 was fucking unreal some of the most entertaining shit ever. Stings carachter development from the night in 96 when the nwo took out half the wcw locker room with baseball bats up until havoc 97 was just awesome

Sting was my childhood hero, and is still my favorite wrestler of all time. There is a reason why they called him The Franchise of WCW. In my opinion, he was THE greatest wrestler of the 1990s, no question.
