Hi, actually it was called 'Pleasantly Surprised, an Hour of Eloquent Sounds' and was a tape with a large A4ish printed, fold out cover, printed envelope and some postcards. It also had the birthday Party and others as I remember. First in a series of 3. There's a copy stashed in my parents attic.
