Gah I can't stand it when people make cities with no roads and just use hundreds of the same buildings everywhere. At least yours looked more like a real city....I too remember this level cap. Thank god they increased it. We should be neighbors :D my city is around 14.7 million people now. Nice vid :D

My city and towns have names. that im still working on as well. but enjoy them as soon as i accept you neighbor request. you can take a look at them anytime. Rate it, comment or reply at it. Say something about it anything. You can even say it sucks if you want to. But they're pretty nice and epic! So i wouldnt subjest that. XD
