no kidding, my 8 gb extreme pro sdhc fell into the fire and was in there for about 5+ seconds and all files were still on there, i even use it still as a backup card in the second sd slot of my D7000
are other sd cards waterproof, x-ray proof and magentic proof?

@KevinMinato yes they do if you are able to adjust the bit rate on your DSLR faster bit rate = higher quality
