Perfect Tristan and Isolde who not only portray character are perfectly in singing but also with such appropriate appearances. Hope many Wagner Lovers have a chance to see complete film. Thank you for posting the beautiful Prelude from Wagner's Tristan. This is a treat for opera lovers who are being given the chance to access more precious excerpts from what must be probably the finest production of this drama in a more realistic and traditional setting ever commited to film. Two incomparable performances from two stars who look ideal in their roles and really knew how to act believably as well as sing beautifully.

The original film was just the lonely sea but Wagner's music tells much more. You obviously saw another of my 'singing' Youtube clips.
