I turn the spices right way 'round every time I see the poor things facing the wrong way. Then, after receiving strange looks from the employees at the grocery store, I actually purchase a few. Once I arrive at my home, the spices are arranged neatly in the cupboard, where I use them every time I make tuna, chicken and potato salad. I use all of them, and then I taste my creation, and the tears that are produced as a result of the marriage of myriad spices... are tears of both joy, and pain. :)
